SOUNDSCREEN®
Acoustical Panel Systems
McGill AirSilence's
four types of SOUNDSCREEN acoustical panel systems are used to solve a
wide variety of noise control problems for both industrial and
HVAC applications. The panels are designed and constructed to withstand
the tough conditions of industrial manufacturing, and to meet the special
pressure, temperature, and acoustical requirements of the HVAC industry.
Typical industrial applications include walls, barriers, and equipment
and personnel enclosures. HVAC applications include pressurized plenums,
fan housings, enclosures for air conditioning and other mechanical equipment,
and large insulated, double-wall, rectangular ductwork. McGill AirSilence's
HVAC panel applications are marketed under the name of UNI-HOUSING.

Acoustical
Curtain Enclosures/Barriers
Moderate
industrial noise control problems (requiring 5-15 dBA noise reduction)
can often be solved with McGill AirSilence's flexible acoustical curtain
systems. Made of durable panels, our curtain systems are designed for
the toughest industrial environments. Whether acting as full or partial
enclosures, machinery shrouds and hoods, partitions, or barrier walls,
they reduce transmission of machine-generated noise without hampering
worker access to the machinery.
McGill AirSilence offers three main types of panels
for its curtain systems: double-layer blocking, single-layer blocking,
and absorption. Transparent panels are also available.

SOUNPAK®
Silencers
McGill AirSilence offers a complete line of SOUNPAK silencers for noise
control in industrial and HVAC applications. SOUNPAK silencers have been
designed, tested, and manufactured to ensure the highest performance and
most efficient operation at an economical price.
McGill AirSilence has conducted in-house and independent
acoustical testing programs on all SOUNPAK silencers. As a result of these
tests, (run in accordance with ASTM standard E477), reliable and accurate
performance data is available. This data allows the performance of SOUNPAK
silencers to be easily and accurately predicted, and makes it possible
to select the proper model and size to meet specified noise reduction
requirements.

Do-It-Yourself
Noise Control Products
McGill AirSilence can supply several types of basic noise control materials
for industrial applications. These materials include acoustical foams,
vinyl barriers, acoustical linings, and damping products.
Applications
for these materials include inside compartments of heavy-industrial machinery
and transportation equipment, engine compartments, computer peripheral
equipment, and building walls.
